This charming little mushroom specimen was handmade by my 12-year-old grandson, Leo, who's working with me this summer and was determined to create something special to sell. He designed and built this whimsical mushroom using wooden egg halves, a red satin fabric cap, a cardboard base, and soft moss to mimic a tiny woodland scene.

The mushroom stands about 3" tall and is mounted on a 3.5" x 3.5" cardboard base, making it the perfect size for a shelf, desk, or tucked into a little nook of your home where it can spark smiles.

Leo put a lot of heart into this piece and hopes it will find a happy new home!
