Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Custom or personalized orders may take 1-2 weeks. We usually ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We ship daily in November and December.

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to so many lost packages, we are not currently shipping internationally. We are willing to make an exception. If you see something you really want, please send an email to ann@DuctTapeAndDenim.com with the items and your mailing address. 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available. We have a parcel box at the end of our driveway if you would like contact-free pickup. If you chose free local delivery, you will be responsible for picking up your order from the SheShed. We are located on FM 916 between Grandview and Maypearl.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ann@DuctTapeAndDenim.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
